The reader/researcher will please note that this guerrilla organization did not meet the requirements for official recognition as laid down by General Douglas MacArthur during the liberation period in 1945. Also, it is worth noting that this guerrilla outfit was never formally part of the President Quezon’s Own Guerrillas (PQOG), although it retained the acronym PQOG as part of its name because of its intention to become affiliated with the larger group.
