I, VITALIANO O. LUNA, a practicing physician and pharmacist, of legal age and a resident of San Jose, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That to my knowledge and belief, Civil Engineer Amado A. Masilungan, also of this municipality, is the organizer and partly financier of a guerrilla unit in the western part and some other parts of the town of San Jose, Batangas. There is also another organizer that I know in the eastern and southern parts of this town which is Mr. Pedro Kalalo;
2. Further, that to say to my knowledge and belief, there are no guerrilla leaders in this town during the Japanese occupation up to the liberation and after other than the abovementioned Engineer Amado A. Masilungan and Pedro Kalalo;
3. And that I had seem them with their respective guerrilla followers patrolling their sectors to maintain peace and order in the vicinity and doing intelligence work.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I HEREUNTO sign my name this 25th day of February, 1946, at San Jose, Batangas, Philippines.
